Sales Support Specialist – Barcelona | Vintage Paper

Join Vintage Paper , a leading multinational in the paper industry, and be part of our dynamic team in Barcelona . We’re seeking a Sales Support Executive to provide administrative and commercial assistance to our Sales Department and ensure smooth coordination with clients and factories worldwide.

What You’ll Do :

Manage and track orders throughout the full sales cycle.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and customer documentation.
Handle daily communication in English with international partners.
Support pricing, SAP entries, and issue resolution.
Provide outstanding service to customers and the sales team.

What You Bring :

3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Fluent English and Spanish (French or Catalan a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP .

Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment methods.

Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High School Diploma / Vocational Training II / Higher or Intermediate Vocational Degree

What We Offer :

Full-time, on-site position in Barcelona (9 : 00–14 : 00 / 15 : 00–18 : 00).

Permanent contract with €22,000–€25,000 annual salary.
