Your role in the team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of pricing analysts and specialists to develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.

Your responsibilities :

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of pricing specialists, setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and market positioning.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of pricing models, including cost analysis, market demand forecasting, and competitor benchmarking.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on pricing tactics, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
• Oversee the execution of pricing changes, ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy in all updates across platforms and systems.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to track pricing performance and adjust strategies based on market and business insights.
