Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field. 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on supply chain processes. Proven project management and leadership experience. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Lead large, complex SAP-enabled supply chain transformation projects from strategy through execution. Build strong client relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic advisor. Drive business development : identify opportunities, shape solutions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes. Develop and grow the SAP SCM practice by mentoring talent and building new capabilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field. 12+ years of SAP consulting experience, including leadership of large-scale SCM transformations. Deep knowledge of SAP SCM modules (e.g., IBP, EWM, TM, MM, PP, APO) and integration with broader SAP solutions (S / 4HANA, Finance, Procurement, etc.). Track record in business development and client relationship management. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are desirable.
SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Manager to join a global consulting organization. You will lead engagements focused on designing and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging SAP technologies. This is an opportunity to work with international clients across industries, driving digital transformation and supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SCM solutions, including modules such as MM, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, or APO.
- Manage project teams and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications
We are also seeking a SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Manager to shape and lead strategic supply chain transformation programs for top-tier clients.
