Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – SaaS & Data-Driven Innovation

Are you a visionary technology leader with a passion for AI, data, and modern architectures? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive their technology strategy, modernize systems, and lead innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the Group’s objectives.
Modernize systems and architecture to enable agility and innovation.
Drive the adoption of AI and data-driven technologies for smarter solutions.
Lead and mentor technology teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Group leadership to ensure strategic alignment and integration.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a CTO or tech leader, preferably in SaaS and data-centric industries.

Expertise in AI, data technologies, and modern system architectures.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on innovation.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).

Preferred Experience :

Familiarity with automotive, insurance, or fleet management sectors.

Proficiency in Spanish and English.
