Junior Project Manager - Construction projects

Job Objectives

• To work on Project Management Commissions supporting theend to end service delivery with respect to large complex projects.
• To act as day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives.
• Planning for and the ongoing management of quality safety health and environment issues.
• Supporting to establishing effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Producing project plans;
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;
• Preparing written project communication materials;
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports;
• Liaising with the client contractors and designers;
