    Your Role

    • Oversee regulatoryand legal requirements related to Identity and Access Management(IAM), ensuring alignment with internal policies and externalstandards.
    • Prepare documentation and participate in internaland external audits, acting as a subject matter expert for IAM todemonstrate regulatory adherence.
    • Collaborate withGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) teams to develop, update, andenforce internal policies and procedures, embedding security controlsand compliance best practices.
    • Maintain and continuouslyupdate the IAM risk register, identifying key risks and patterns, andensuring timely escalation to stakeholders.
    • Work with localsecurity and data protection officers to refine security interfacesand support regional compliance reviews.
    • Identifyopportunities to automate compliance controls and implement continuousmonitoring. Deliver training and raise awareness around IAM complianceacross the organization.
    • Act as a central point of contactfor IAM-related compliance questions, fostering open communication andsupporting process improvements across business units.

    • A strong senseof professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, witha natural curiosity and a questioning mindset.
    • Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability towork independently and proactively in a global team environment.
    • Solid understanding of European and international regulatoryframeworks related to information security, particularly in highlyregulated sectors.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in ITaudit, cybersecurity, or compliance—ideally in areas such as IAM,privileged access, incident management, or enterprise-level securitycontrols.
