Tasks

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for :

  • Ensuring efficient delivery of employee payroll with high quality standards, complying with HR policies, labor laws, taxes, social security regulations, and company requirements.
  • Performing data entry, payroll checks, simulations for payments and taxes, settlements, and annual tax declarations.
  • Maintaining high compliance levels related to payroll, payments, contributions, and taxes, while securely managing personal data.
  • Providing expert consultation in complex cases.
  • Using and improving HR tools for employee administration, such as SAP-HR, MyPulse, Siltra, Cashpooler, Escriba, RPA, etc.
  • Designing and implementing HR standards, policies, processes, and tools for payroll, payments, and contributions.

Additional responsibilities include :

  • Managing daily payroll operations and transactions.
  • Advising on payroll processes and regulations.
  • Supporting employees, managers, and HR Business Partners through global communication channels, chatbots, direct responses, and meetings.

    • Required Skills

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • A university degree or higher vocational training in accounting, business administration, or human resources management.
  • Specialized courses in payroll and management software are advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
