If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to take part in international projects within a multinational IT firm, this is your opportunity. At NTT DATA, we are currently looking for a Backup Administrator to join our International Organisations team in Barcelona, with at least 3 years of experience in the administration, design, and implementation of Backup solutions, with solid knowledge in on-prem Backup solutions and, valuably, experience with Cloud solutions.

Profile

  • Manage and oversee Backup systems
  • Design and implement Backup solutions
  • Conduct periodic restoration tests
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of Backup infrastructures
  • Incident resolution
  • Execute technical projects. Valuable experience in Backup system migration projects
  • Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication tool
  • Familiarity with other Backup tools such as Veritas NetBackup, Acronis, Dell EMC Avamar, Commvault, or IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM)

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required, with a strong command of both written and spoken communication, as well as the ability to engage in complex discussions.
  • The candidate must be eligible for EU-SECRET clearance.
  • Availability to travel for short periods is required.
