You’ll be part of an agile, cross-functional team, working on data-driven products, innovative solutions, APIs, and more in a cloud environment (MS Azure).

Here's a little taste of your challenge :

Our software engineers design for quality and reuse, componentization, resilience, and multi-threading, and at the same time you should be willing to get your hands dirty and dive deep into any kind of problem that comes your way.

Responsibilities include :

  • Create solution designs and deliver complete sets of functionalities from backend to frontend. The key technical focus will be on the backend, but depending on project requirements, you may also work on other technical areas;
  • Work in a technically complex and sensitive environment, gaining relevant functional knowledge about our products, platform stack, and architecture;
  • Monitor application performance, operability, robustness, and security, ensuring data privacy and system resilience;
  • Coordinate with component owners to agree on technical implementation and estimate effort;
  • Implement, test, and demonstrate new features in an agile process;
  • Develop complete functionalities including backend and user interfaces;
  • Improve usability, performance, and quality through bug fixes and test automation.

What do we expect from you?

To succeed, you should have a passion for software engineering, building products, and system tweaking. A proactive, 'getting things done' attitude is essential. Experience with the following is highly desirable :

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • A degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Hands-on experience with big data processing and orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, with skills to optimize data pipelines;
  • Understanding of ETL, Delta Lake, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns;
  • Ability to collaborate across international teams and with external partners;
  • Great communication skills, systemic thinking, goal orientation, quality focus, versatile problem-solving skills, and at least 6 years of professional software development experience.
