We seek an IT Solution Design Expert to join our Regulatory Affairs team. You will lead the design and management of business-critical applications in the RA Publishing domain and support applications from other domains utilizing Publishing data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and delivery of RA Publishing applications and support related applications from other domains.
  • Design and deploy systems in the RA publishing domain aligning with business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and keeping abreast of vendor and health authority roadmaps.
  • Manage development and support of applications, ensuring smooth operations, process improvements, and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including application owners, delivery managers, architecture teams, and others to ensure successful solution delivery.

Major Accountabilities

  • Design and develop modular, reusable software supporting RA and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in fit-gap workshops, provide effort estimates, and propose solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and respond to issues in code repositories.
  • Incorporate software development best practices and promote them within the team.
  • Collaborate across various teams including security, compliance, engineering, and business management.
  • Support migration of Publishing platforms to the cloud.
  • Ensure solutions meet architectural standards and add value aligned with Data and Analytics strategies.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT development, with at least 5+ years in Pharma Regulatory Affairs.
  • Experience with RA Publishing is a plus.
  • Strong technical background in Java / .NET, Oracle, MS SQL, IIS, PowerShell, etc.
  • Experience with Publishing solutions like TRS, EFT, DMZ Gateway is preferred.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance in regulated environments.
