Role Summary : An exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies as a User Experience Researcher focusing on our Spanish market. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our user experience strategy, ensuring engaging and seamless interactions across all channels. You will work in close collaboration with our Product, Design, and other key team members to develop a user experience that is both impactful and engaging, ensuring it aligns with the needs and expectations of our users. Key Responsibilities : Handle creative assets, building and testing user engagement tours, popups, and tooltips across the platform. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and UX teams to plan, build, and deploy solutions. Report on usage data based on user engagement metrics. Work on research projects directly with clients and customers. Maintain a customer research repository, create action plans, and identify opportunities. Conduct research on our users (quantitative, qualitative, market research, ethnographic studies). Identify and evaluate research topics Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies. Present research results to different audiences. Create user stories for users. Qualifications : has a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research Has demonstrated the ability to share results quickly and effectively Demonstrated the ability to perform all research-related tasks, including research, planning, evaluation, and iteration. Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and acts as a strategic partner in product decisions. has used remote testing tools before has at least a minimum of experience on Figma, ideally on other has a creative and positive approach to finding solutions Has experience with B2B SaaS products Design tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite Development : HTML, CSS and Chrome DevTools.
