What You’ll Do :

As a French Quality Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer service operations. Your key responsibilities include :

  • Quality Assurance : Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in customer service quality.
  • Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Training & Feedback : Offer constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications :

  • Language Skills : Native or fluent in French, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quality Assurance Experience : Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team setting.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
