What You’ll Do :
As a French Quality Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer service operations. Your key responsibilities include :
- Quality Assurance : Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in customer service quality.
- Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- Training & Feedback : Offer constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications :
Language Skills : Native or fluent in French, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Quality Assurance Experience : Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team setting.Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.What We Offer :
