Are you passionate about building impactful data solutions? We're looking for a Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of innovation and customer success. If you love translating complex data challenges into scalable, high-performance architectures using the Databricks platform—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape the Future of Data : Collaborate with key enterprise clients to design robust, scalable architectures using the Lakehouse paradigm .
  • Be a Trusted Advisor : Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to guide them through their data transformation journeys.
  • Create Real Impact : Deliver technical workshops, build reference architectures, and lead PoCs to showcase how Databricks unlocks value from data.
  • Champion Open Source : Advocate for technologies like Apache Spark , Delta Lake , MLflow , and Koalas , helping clients innovate with cutting-edge tools.
  • Support Sales Strategy : Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and grow accounts with tailored architectural guidance.

Your Background

  • Client-Centric : 5+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or architecture roles working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Technical Depth : Strong hands-on experience in distributed data processing (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), ETL / warehousing (SQL, OLAP), and data science / ML tools (Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Developer at Heart : Proficient in at least one core programming language (Python, Scala, Java, or R).
  • Cloud Native : Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and how they integrate with modern data stacks.
  • Bonus Points : Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or similar quantitative discipline.
