We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients in both German and English, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
