The main responsibilities and tasks will be the following :

• Provide high-level services, including support for experimental design, data analysis, integration, interpretation, and report preparation.
• Develop pipelines and methodologies tailored to the needs of the institution’s research projects.
• Coordinate junior bioinformaticians who provide support for other projects.
• Offer high-quality services, including assistance with experimental design, data analysis, integration, interpretation, and reporting.
• Supervise junior bioinformaticians supporting assigned projects.
• Understand sequencing devices and data types, as well as possess solid knowledge of laboratory processes in the initial stages.
