We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to join our team and lead pre-sales efforts across the D-A-CH & Benelux regions . You’ll be the technical and commercial bridge between our cutting-edge media solutions (TVaaS, OTT, IPTV, Cloud TV) and our prospective clients.

What You'll Do :

Be the go-to technical and solution expert during the pre-sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and design tailored solution architectures.
Deliver engaging demos, presentations, and proposals.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Lead RFI / RFP responses and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
Support sales strategy and client meetings.
Stay ahead of trends in TV, OTT, IPTV, and content distribution.
Represent Agile TV at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops.

Requirements :

Fluent in German and English (Spanish is a plus!).

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Media Technology, or similar.

5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in media / telecom.

Strong knowledge of TVaaS, OTT, IPTV, VoD, DRM, CDN, and content management.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, and integration workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel across the D-A-CH and Benelux regions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with tier-1 telecom operators or media broadcasters.

Understanding of broadcast workflows, metadata, and monetization models (AVOD, SVOD, FAST).

Experience in international sales cycles and cross-functional bid teams.
