HEAD OF OPERATIONS

A start-up company dedicated to the luxury watch and jewelry sector is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager. Their main objective will be to develop and oversee all operational functions of the company, reporting to the Managing Director.

As Operations Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be :

• Achieving maximum efficiency in processes between factories and European, American, and Asian suppliers and distributors.
• Contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Strategic development of the team.
• Ensuring strict compliance with Spanish labor legislation.
• Acting as a fiscal liaison with Swiss export agencies to avoid shipping delays and meet delivery deadlines.
• Implementing and evaluating stock and warehousing control, in terms of cost optimization and speed.
• Integrating the distribution system with ERP platforms to link the management of e-sales, orders, e-commerce, and quality control.
