Guarantee the accuracy of data sourced from various channels, ensuring reliable insights. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools to offer real-time insights into operational metrics. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to improve data analysis and control methodologies continuously. Operational Control & Analysis : Design and implement robust production and sales controlling processes that align with our strategic goals. Track and analyse critical KPIs to ensure operations run efficiently and meet performance benchmarks. Prepare comprehensive reports on production and sales metrics, pinpointing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis : Lead the forecasting and financial planning efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Conduct detailed variance analyses, comparing actual results against forecasts to highlight discrepancies and opportunities. Provide senior management with actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate closely with production, sales, finance, and management teams to collect and analyse necessary data. Effectively communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. A data-driven professional with a passion for accuracy and transparency. Strong analytical thinker with the ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities. Technologically adept, with experience in the latest data management and analysis tools. An excellent communicator who can distil complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. Senior Data Analyst (Permanent, Barcelona)
Senior Data Analyst : We are seeking a seasoned data professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to enhancing operational transparency and precision. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business success, this is the role for you.
About the Role : As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our data management and operational control efforts. You will combine your analytical acumen with a strategic vision to optimise processes, ensuring that our data is accurate and actionable. Your expertise will be pivotal in refining our production and sales-controlling processes, enabling informed decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
What you will do :
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on production and sales performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with production, sales, management and the finance team to gather necessary data and insights.
