Job Title : Business Development Specialist

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to optimize the profitability of assigned multibrand dealers across EMEA, streamline business interactions, and establish long-term partnerships.

You will play a key role in dealer portfolio management, implementing and refining the Adventure Sports Group Europe service model.

To achieve this, you will have access to necessary information tools, media support, and direction to meet dealer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include verifying and confirming dealer order books based on product availability and discounts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, and reporting on performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail / Fashion / Sports
  • SAP, Salesforce, Excel knowledge
  • Experience working with specific platforms and vendors
  • Familiarity with EDI environments
  • Fluent English language skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multibrand dealers across EMEA
  • Orderbook management for assigned dealer portfolios
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
  • Operational relationship management with dealers and sales teams
  • Data analysis and statistics
  • Perform order entry into SAP systems
  • Track and follow up on orders, liaising with the warehouse
  • Deal with operational issues (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain customer order databases
  • Handle dealer and sales queries efficiently
  • Digital and Data Orientation

    This role requires :

  • Data consolidation, analysis, and processing
  • Sales techniques and logistics management
  • Proactivity in suggesting improvements, maintaining rigor, and adapting to changing situations
  • Cross-functional teamwork
  • If you possess any other European languages, it is an added asset.
