Job Title : Privileged Access Management Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the cybersecurity landscape, we provide comprehensive services to protect information systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Privileged Access Management platforms. This includes maintaining operational excellence, driving process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Operational Process Oversight : Oversee IAM / PAM operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous service improvement.
Documentation Maintenance : Maintain and update technical and functional documentation related to IAM / PAM operations.
Analytics and Reporting : Analyze ITSM metrics and performance indicators to inform management decisions.

Technical Expertise :

CyberArk and SailPoint : Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change implementation.

Change Management : Manage change requests and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to implement corrective actions aligned with cybersecurity policies and ITIL standards.

Cloud Integration : Support account provisioning, privileged access, and integration issues across Active Directory and cloud environments.

Cloud Transition and Automation :

System Integration : Participate in the integration and orchestration of CyberArk, SailPoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID systems.

Automation Solutions : Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, or similar tools to streamline IAM / PAM processes.

Alignment with Global Strategy : Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with global IAM strategy and cloud adoption.

You Bring :

Hands-on Experience : 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM / PAM operations and cloud transition projects.

Expertise : Strong expertise in CyberArk (architecture, configuration, troubleshooting) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (lifecycle management, workflows, certifications).

Proficiency : Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and IAM integrations.

ITIL Knowledge : Experience with ITIL Service Management (incident, problem, change).

Technical Skills : Strong technical skills in PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Federated Identity Standards : Knowledge of federated identity standards (SAML, ADFS, PingFederate) is a plus.

Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
