You will be our friendly face behind the hotel bar, serving guests with dedication to creating relaxing, memorable experiences. As part of our team, you will also serve as a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador.

Your Day-to-Day :

• Create a warm and welcome for every guest, setting the tone for each experience.
• Describe our beverage selection and menu items in an engaging way, highlighting their origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Understand and memorize all recipes and descriptions of our products, spirits, food cocktails, and more.
• Set up your bar with all necessary supplies and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure beverages are always well-stocked.
• Liaise with house made ingredients and preparations, double checking quality daily.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of the working area.
• Be ready to help colleagues when needed and jump into other duties as required.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen staff to offer seamless food service.
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations accordingly.
• Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs, ensuring cleanliness of the bar.
• Accurately close guest checks, process payments, and settle voided checks or complimentary items.

What We Need From You :

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years' experience in a hotel / bar setting as a bartender. Additionally, applicants must be fluent in both the local language and English. Other languages will be highly valued.
