Training Project Coordinator - SAP S / 4HANA

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a Training Project Coordinator to lead the training stream of a ERP transformation, ensuring that end users are fully prepared and confident ahead of each go-live phase.

Main responsibilities :

• Manage and monitor the training stream plan , including milestones, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate the creation and validation of training materials in collaboration with Core Model and local teams.
• Organize and oversee training sessions (logistics, invitations, scheduling, trainer support).
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and user readiness before go-live.
• Adjust content during hypercare based on end-user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sharp, subsidiaries) and external partners (Delaware, Acxias, Inovi).
• Contribute to the overall change management and user adoption strategy .
