Chief of Sales - Fintech

Role Description

We’re hiring a Chief of Sales to own revenue, pipeline, and go‑to‑market across banks and financial institutions. You’ll design the sales strategy, open executive doors, navigate procurement, and close multi‑year enterprise deals. This role reports to the CEO and is ideal for a senior builder with the energy and bias‑to‑action.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise / B2B sales with 5+ years selling to banks or large financial institutions.
• Proven track record closing complex SaaS / platform or fintech infrastructure deals.
• Deep understanding of bank buying centers and procurement (technology, security, compliance, risk) and how to create urgency and consensus.
• Comfortable selling API‑first platforms and integrations.
• Hands‑on, proactive hunter with executive presence, and exceptional negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
