Description

DeLaval is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary position. You will be responsible for requests, orders, and deliveries to our customers through our network of distributors in Spain and Portugal.

• Manage the registration and control of order flow, from purchase to final shipment and invoicing, including possible changes in scope and delivery dates.
• Replying to customer inquiries providing information on the availability and delivery times of orders and / or products in coordination with the group.
• Daily contact with customers via email and phone.
• Coordination between the group and national transport suppliers to ensure deliveries on time.
• Data updating in the system.
• Supporting with internal office matters and Couriers.

Located in Madrid (Alcobendas).
