Regional Business Head – IVD, Western Europe

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Regional Business Head with a deep understanding of the IVD market in Spain, Western Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development within the IVD industry, particularly in hematology products. As a Regional Business Head, you will leverage your expertise to lead the development of new channels, gather key market intelligence, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

Agent and Channel Management

Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and are aligned with DYMIND’s goals.

• Collect and analyze in‑depth market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to shape marketing strategies.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility.
• Analyze the unique needs of the local market and propose tailored solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
• Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference labs, and other industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
