Your role

We are seeking skilled professionals to engage with high-potential advertisers and persuade them to integrate a variety of marketing products into their current strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete information
  • Strengthen the existing customer base while expanding into new markets
  • Record call history and customer feedback in detail
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
  • Monitor competitors' offerings and develop strategies to sell our own
  • Address customer needs and resolve inquiries

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German, with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment
  • Confident, competitive, and proactive with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate various business models
  • Focused on delivering excellent customer experience
