We have an opportunity for an Account Executive to join the team in EMEA working with one of our global FMCG company clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with both client stakeholders and internal contacts to maintain, update and improve our client-facing online platform.

As the Account Executive you will be the key point of contact for our client platform, managing the end-to-end experience, ensuring data accuracy and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate the product upload process and keep other online assets up-to-date in line with the client brief and the client expectations.

Role responsibilities

• Upload of new products and content to the client platform.
• Ensure content, tools and features of the client platform are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to implement updates and improvements to the platform.
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support when needed.
• Communicate realistic timelines for required updates or improvements.
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with agreed perimeters.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Report regularly to the Senior Account Manager on platform performance and project milestones.
