About the Role :

  • We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Deal & Strategy team, bringing at least 8 years of experience in complex carve-out processes and commercial due diligence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute intricate carve-out processes, driving transformation and deployment of new technologies that enhance business operations.
  • Lead commercial and technical due diligence, identifying opportunities and synergies for clients.
  • Design and implement operating models for spun-off businesses, mitigating operational and execution risks.

    • Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of the TMT sector, enabling effective project leadership and strategic definition for clients.
  • Data Center operations expertise, with a focus on risk management and client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain direct client relationships, fostering Nae's reputation as a trusted service provider.
