Descripción del trabajoUniversity degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial environments, with at least 5 years in wire drawing plants, foundries, or high-temperature metal forming processes. Deep knowledge of copper processing, drawing, annealing, and stretching . Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and project management methodologies is a plus. Technical English – essential. We are seeking a Production Director (H / M / X) with extensive experience in metallurgical processes , ideally in wire drawing plants or non-ferrous metal transformation, to lead operations with a strategic, operational, and continuous improvement focus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate all production areas of the wire drawing plant.
- Ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Optimize processes and resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, quality, and industrial safety departments.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Manage the department budget and ensure control of operational costs.
- Motivate, train, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
