Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level, proactive support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) . This role requires a trusted professional who can manage complexity with ease, operate with absolute discretion, and thrive in a dynamic global environment. You will be a strategic partner to the CPO, enabling her to focus on driving Unit4’s product vision while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.

Remote & Flexibility

This is a remote position that may involve occasional travel to Unit4 offices worldwide. This role may also require flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to meet organisational needs.

Ideal Candidate

Highly self‑motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Time Management : Expertly manage a demanding calendar across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and anticipating needs
• Travel Coordination : Plan and oversee complex international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal disruption
• Meeting & Communication Support : Prepare materials, briefings, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and tone
• Project & Team Support : Provide organisational and administrative support for key projects, not only for the CPO but across the wider Product team
• Confidentiality & Discretion : Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Build strong relationships across global teams, acting as a connector and facilitator for efficient communication and alignment
• Operational Efficiency : Anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to make the CPO and Product function operate more effectively
• Event Management : Coordinate logistics and materials for key internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and team events
• Team Partnership : Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide mutual support and maintain alignment across the Global Leadership Team
