Position Overview :

We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a role in the banking sector. You will handle inquiries from credit card holders, ensuring data security and accuracy. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to teach security procedures around sensitive data.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards.
• Respond to questions from credit card holders, ensuring the security and protection of credit card data.
• Perform identity checks, explain procedures, and guide customers through steps.
• Check temporarily blocked cards for transactions, and block or unblock cards permanently.

Candidate Profile :

Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional Bachelor level education or equivalent.
