The Solution Sales Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Risk and Security products by targeting the CISO persona and professionals in risk and security organizations. These products are built on our market-leading AI platform for business transformation, creating a single source of truth that enables enterprise processes to operate with consistent information.

What you get to do in this role :

  • Support the strategy and solution wins for specialty solution areas based on engagement models. Responsibilities may vary by solution area depending on coverage capacity.
  • Leverage or critically evaluate how to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • Assist in territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical understanding, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Contribute to account planning with insights based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment of recommendations with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning digital transformation value and develop strategies by collaborating with the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and team alignment based on engagement models.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, ACEs with foundational knowledge of specialty solutions to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
  • Adjust responsibilities' time allocation based on territory and team needs, celebrating successes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to foster an open, welcoming environment.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive knowledge of the specialty solutions area to lead solution wins.
  • Proven knowledge of Risk and Security solutions.
  • Experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Ability to engage with and gain respect from C-level executives.
  • Proven success in previous roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
