The Role

As a Packaging Engineer , you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing packaging solutions that drive quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams, you’ll manage projects from concept to industrialization — ensuring packaging meets functional, technical, and regulatory standards while supporting Essential Home’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver packaging projects on time and within scope.
• Plan and conduct packaging tests, analyze results, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in PLM systems.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and cost-saving projects.
• Support supplier visits, quality investigations, and production troubleshooting.
• Participate in store checks, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage packaging samples, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure all packaging designs and processes comply with legal, corporate, and ethical standards.
