Job Title : Backend Developer - CTV-Sync Technology Team

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our CTV-Sync technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing our platform, managing client inquiries regarding campaign performance, and collaborating with our CTV and backend teams to build a top-tier product. Your responsibilities will cover the entire product lifecycle, involving software development, data structures & algorithms, mathematics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a distributed platform emphasizing high availability and scalability.
  • Participate in a team culture that values technology, including CD / CI, DevOps, flat hierarchy, and continuous learning.
  • Deploy code multiple times daily across cloud regions, maintaining high code standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in resolving client tickets related to performance, features, and integrations.
  • Analyze and fix bugs reported by clients, working with operations, performance, supply, and partnership teams.
  • Actively contribute as a developer and coder within the team.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency with command line Git commands.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native level), both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

    • Optional Skills and Experience :

  • Experience working in distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with Go programming language (training provided if needed).
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Route53, Elastic Transcoder, load balancing, and CloudFront.
  • Experience with distributed computing tools like queues, load balancers, failover, and auto-configuration.
  • Familiarity with SQL, particularly GCP BigQuery dialect.
  • Understanding of computer science concepts related to algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to express complex ideas in English.
  • Knowledge of industry coding standards, best practices, testing, and software design.
  • Good writing skills and experience with knowledge management and project management tools.
