Job Title : Global Product Operations Leader

Location : Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

Job Description :

Fully accountable for developing and implementing the new product operating model across the Rx Inline & OTC business, driving performance improvements to support future growth. Leading launches of all major Rx Inline & OTC products and managing their lifecycle in accordance with the product operating model. Reporting to the Global Head of Product Operations, leading a cross-functional team with responsibility for executing product strategies in Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the establishment of the Galderma Product Operating model within Operations and across stakeholders.
  • Manage the Rx Inline & OTC Product Operations Teams, applying knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, financials, and business processes to maximize product value.
  • Oversee major product launches, geographic rollouts, and lifecycle management projects, aligning with brand strategies.
  • Analyze data to guide project development, strategy updates, and prioritization.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication regarding product launches.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
  • Lead the creation of integrated product strategies to optimize project portfolios.
  • Shape and promote the Product operating model, acting as a change agent.
  • Partner with operations, R&D, and franchise teams to align on requirements and expectations.
  • Manage product launches and oversee risk management processes.
  • Communicate project progress and escalate issues to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • BS / MS in operations, engineering, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, biotech, or related fields, with experience in product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Product Operating models in complex environments is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams including supply, quality, regulatory, and others.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in change management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive projects with a sense of urgency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
