Administrative Assistant II in the Faculty of Arts (2 posts) (Ref. : ) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant work experience, including proven supervisory experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, dynamic leaders with strong critical thinking, a growth mindset, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. They must have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), along with strong computer literacy. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential.

The appointees will lead and provide a full spectrum of administrative support in one of the following functional areas : admissions and outreach, teaching and learning, human resources management, or communications and media relations within the Faculty. Duties include servicing Faculty-level committees and working groups, assisting in the development and execution of Faculty initiatives, and performing other assigned tasks.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
