Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in DevOps or technical application management
- Experience with Windows-based applications
- Solid understanding of XML , JSON , and file structures
- Strong knowledge of CI / CD , Azure DevOps , and automation practices
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to Kubernetes , Docker , APIs (WSO2)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
- Hands-on with OpenText Exstream (StreamServe) and Ibis / Frank!Framework
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions using an API-first approach focused on user experienceAutomate build, test, and deployment processes using CI / CD and Azure DevOpsCollaborate with your team through pair / mob programmingCoach junior engineers to improve DevOps capabilitiesEngage with internal stakeholders to understand needs and propose feasible, sustainable solutionsMonitor platform health, handle incidents, and deploy changes (including within the StreamServe Exstream framework)Continuously identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and user workflowsMaintain a comprehensive view of the application landscape to assess impact and improve architectureDay-to-Day Activities
Morning platform checks and daily health monitoringIncident resolution : data issues, connectivity problems, StreamServe Exstream errorsHandling internal queries and customer platform requestsParticipate in team ceremonies and collaborate on long-term platform enhancementsTeam & Culture
