We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for North of Spain to acquire new business for SCALAR, our next-gen Fleet Management Solution. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of surpassing targets, we want you on our team.
Working model :
Remote. Our main ZF office for this position is in Madrid.
What you can look forward to as Sales Executive Spain (m / f / d) SCALAR Fleet Management :
- Prospecting : Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline. Manage assigned Marketing Qualified Leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Discovery : Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
- Opportunity Management : Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
- Pipeline Management : Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
- Achieve Targets : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationships : Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Feedback : Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
Your profile as Sales Executive Spain (m / f / d) SCALAR Fleet Management :
Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and / or the transport / logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage.Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.Fluent in Spanish and English.Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement : up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).What you can expect :
