We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

The Administrative Intern will assist with various administrative tasks, including managing the agenda of cases, preparing analyses of backlog cases, and forecasting future workload. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel, experience in data analysis, and a keen eye for detail. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Assist in managing and organizing case agendas to ensure efficient case handling and smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate in preparing in-depth analyses of backlog cases to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support by forecasting future workloads by analyzing current data and trends, providing actionable insights for effective resource planning.
  • Participate in maintaining and updating spreadsheets, databases, and other records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data, ensuring thorough and comprehensive analysis.
  • Become familiar with handling customer requests and inquiries via email, phone, fax, and other communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Level B2 of English speaking and writing.
  • Valuable previous experience with ERP (Navision preferable).
