Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with agreementsCoordinate with other internal departments to arrange shipments and monitor outbound activitiesMonitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keepingAct as a first-level point of contact for internal departmentsPrioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demandsCore Skills / experience :
