Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple hospitality real estate projects. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• To deliver high-quality services and deliverables that meet our clients' requirements.
• To administer contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
• To act as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• To advise directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

We are looking for an individual with sound experience in managing construction projects as a project management consultant, owner representative, or from the property owner's perspective. A high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
