Your Responsibilities Provide security remediation-related services and support to meet the latest compliance and organizational security governance requirements Consult different stakeholders to support the enforcement of remediations Focus on root cause analysis and lessons learned topics as part of post-incidents investigation Continuously improve the remediation service for maximum efficiency and reliability Provide compliance reporting and analysis, assessments including conducting security, system, and business impact analysis Act as strong collaboration link between company's Cyber Security Defense Center and IT Operations Unit As part of the CISO organization you will closely work together with the Security Governance, Risk Management Team as well as other stakeholders Your Profile Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant cyber security field, especially in remediation management Prior experience in a multinational / global team with highly structured and analytical approach Strong project management skills Proof of recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA Practice in information security management and knowledge of relevant norms and standards Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams High level of English proficiency Your Benefits A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always prioritized Generous compensation package and favorable working conditions Flexible working hours and remote friendly (2 days per week office policy) Multinational, diverse team where respect, support and openness is highly valued Broad learning and development opportunities 30 days of vacation per year : 23 days per agreement + 5 days of adjustment for possible overtime compensation + 2 days cultural festivities Relocation assistance to Madrid provided
