Customer Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Customer Support :
Deliver professional, timely, and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Handle complex inquiries with empathy and accuracy, always striving to exceed expectations.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Problem Solving :
Analyze and resolve escalated cases, identifying root causes and providing effective long-term solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and process improvements.
Multi-Channel Communication :
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, maintaining a consistent tone of professionalism and clarity across all interactions.
Continuous Improvement & Proactive Support :
Contribute ideas to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize the end-to-end service experience.
About You
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or contact center environments.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required. A third language such as Portuguese, Romanian, or French is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, accountability, and multitasking skills.
This position follows a fixed morning shift (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) with occasional shift changes or work on public holidays as needed.
