Consumer Care Agent - English Speaker (UK Market) Part-Time Mornings

Our client is a family-owned company and has been at the forefront of home care innovation since 1876. They craft premium cleaning products that exceed your standards of cleanliness while still leaving you lots of time to enjoy your home, its wonderful occupants, and their myriad messes. Their products include vacuums, spin mops, and steam cleaners.

Our Consumer Care team plays a central role in delivering a high-end service experience after the sale. We support consumers with product guidance, troubleshooting, repairs, and spare parts dispatch. If you enjoy solving problems and helping people, this is where you can truly make an impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear guidance to consumers.
  • Determine when repairs or spare parts are needed and coordinate accordingly.
  • Accurately collect and validate consumer and product information.
  • Manage and document cases efficiently in CMR systems following internal processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C2), both written and spoken.
  • Strong soft skills, including emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening.
  • Customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping and problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
  • Organized and motivated, capable of maintaining quality service during busy times.
  • Eligible to work in Spain.

  • Start date : November 2025.
  • Salary : €10,769 gross per year.
  • Part-time (20 hours / week).
  • Schedule : 4 days / week, Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 3 pm.
  • Two weeks of full-time training (office-based, 10 am to 7 pm).
  • 24 holiday days per year (pro-rata).
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Location : Barcelona, Spain.
