The Role :

You'll be a people manager and technical partner , responsible for leading and motivating a diverse technical team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. This involves :

• Setting clear objectives and providing hands-on technical guidance.
• Developing efficient workflows and best practices for productivity and scale.
• Removing blockers, monitoring performance, and communicating progress / risks to senior leadership.
• Mentoring team members and aligning team priorities with organizational goals.
