Our client is undertaking a significant digital transformation programme to implement Oracle Cloud ERP, replacing legacy Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement systems. This strategic initiative will modernise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery across the organisation.
To support this programme, we are seeking an experienced
Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Business Analyst / Project Manager
to provide business and delivery leadership across key Oracle Cloud workstreams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology — driving requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices, and leading the delivery of successful outcomes.
The Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Business Analyst / Project Manager will combine strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP with proven project management expertise. This role will lead business process analysis, manage stakeholders, oversee delivery plans, and ensure that system design and configuration align with the organisation’s goals, governance, and operational requirements.
Business Analysis & Solution Leadership
Lead end-to-end business analysis for Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, or Payroll).
Work closely with business leads and subject matter experts to document current and future-state processes.
Challenge existing processes and promote adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices and standard functionality.
Support testing, data migration, and cutover planning activities, ensuring business readiness.
Project Management & Delivery
Lead assigned Oracle Cloud workstreams from design through to implementation and post-go-live stabilisation.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and delivery schedules.
Provide regular status reporting to the Programme Board and senior stakeholders.
Change & Stakeholder Management
Support change impact assessments and contribute to training and adoption planning.
