As a manager family, you put a smile on children’s faces and fill their hearts with delight by planning and organizing a diverse children’s program during the day. In the evening, you help create the children’s show and ensure the safety of the participating kids. Your creativity excites our littlest guests, encouraging them to participate!

For Your New Job as a Manager Family, You Should Bring :

  • Educational training, e.g., as a qualified childcare worker or experience in the recreational field for children and adolescents (au pair, scout leader, trainer at a sports club, etc.)
  • Enjoyment and experience in leading a team
  • Passion for working with children
  • Good English-language skills are desirable
  • Flexibility and openness
  • High sense of responsibility and initiative
