Strategic Planning for Growth : You’ll dive deep into market data, identifying trends and opportunities. Collaborating Across Teams : You won’t work alone! You’ll coordinate with teams from Scheduling, Revenue Management, Operations, and more. Every day, you’ll find new ways to integrate ideas, push forward initiatives, and ensure that all departments are aligned with the network strategy.3. Making Data Work for You : You’ll get your hands on data from multiple sources—market performance, competitor analysis, route efficiency—and turn it into actionable insights. The challenge? Optimizing the network based on what the data tells you and what the business needs.4. Negotiating & Building Relationships : You’ll also be in touch with airports and institutions, reviewing commercial agreements and ensuring that Volotea is in the best position to grow. Every conversation matters. Your ability to build strong relationships will directly impact our success.5. Adapting and Innovating : The aviation industry is constantly evolving, and so are we. Each day brings new opportunities to innovate, find new solutions, and contribute to Volotea’s evolution. A passion for aviation—you’ve got a solid background in the aeronautical field, whether through a degree in management or engineering (extra points for a Master's!). Experience in low-cost carriers (LCC) or airline development is a plus.2. Mastery of Excel—you’re the kind of person who sees patterns in numbers and turns them into actionable insights. If PowerPoint presentations are your thing, you can make complex ideas simple and compelling.3. You’re a data lover—you thrive when working with data from multiple sources and enjoy uncovering new opportunities and process improvements. Whether it's through programming skills or PowerBI, you enjoy making data work for you.4. You work well under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks at once. Meeting tight deadlines doesn’t faze you, and you’re great at turning complex data into actionable proposals that lead to meaningful change.5. Strong communication skills—whether you’re sharing your findings with colleagues or negotiating with key partners, you know how to make your point clearly and persuasively.6. You’re multilingual—with advanced English as a must. Knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian?
