We are currently looking for an Insurance Program Delivery Specialist based in Madrid. This is a permanent full-time position. This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery activities and providing high quality client support. The Insurance Program Delivery Specialist handles small to mid-sized global accounts of moderate complexity, requiring technical know-how.
Responsibilities
- Constructs basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions, territory requirements and company compliance.
- Assisting team members to ensure timely processing of underlyers and invoicing.
- Provides high quality customer service for internal and external client needs.
- Create master policies and associated documents.
- Responsible for the collection, review and processing of prospect / client locations and values in corporate systems.
- Maintains client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions.
- Follows corporate procedures, guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.
Qualifications
