Retail Media Lead
to drive commercial performance and shape best-in-class retail media strategies in a fast-moving, ever-evolving landscape.
In this role, you’ll guide clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results, overseeing performance across Amazon Advertising, DSP, and AMC. You’ll also play a key role in business growth — identifying new opportunities, contributing to pitches, and helping to scale operations alongside senior leadership.
You’re data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable leading through change with clarity and confidence.
Lead teams to deliver revenue growth and strong brand outcomes for clients through insight-led strategies Oversee media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution across Amazon platforms Build trusted client partnerships, providing strategic direction and ongoing performance consultation Stay current with Amazon certifications and contribute to wider agency initiatives and planning
